When you join our Early Beta waitlist, we process your email address, selected language, registration and confirmation timestamps, confirmation status and one-time verification/unsubscribe codes. We do not request Amazon account details on this website.
2a. Contact form
When you contact us, we process your name, email address and message to respond to your inquiry. You provide consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). Messages are sent to info@stoxone.app and are not stored in the beta waitlist database. Messages are deleted when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention requirements.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use this information only to confirm your waitlist entry and notify you when StoxOne Early Beta registration becomes possible. Legal basis: your consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). We require an email confirmation (double opt-in). Joining the waitlist is not a paid subscription.
4. Cloudflare
The website runs on Cloudflare Workers, with Cloudflare D1 for waitlist storage, Cloudflare Email Service for confirmation and invitation emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (including IP addresses and browser details), potentially including third-country processing. Relevant safeguards and the data processing agreement must be checked before publication.
5. Retention and withdrawal
You can withdraw your consent at any time via info@xaranex.de or by using the unsubscribe link in our message. We then disable your entry and stop invitations. Unconfirmed entries are to be deleted after 14 days; confirmed entries no later than 12 months after invitations end, unless another legal basis applies. The retention policy must be implemented in production.
6. No marketing trackers
We do not use advertising cookies or external analytics on this landing page. Turnstile is used to protect the form.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
